Confidence and Resilience

This month the topic in my Executive Mentoring Group is: Confidence and Resilience.

I’ll tell you, this was a key journey in my own career.

I needed to find a way to keep showing up when the environment was unwelcoming, and as I struggled with imposter syndrome.

Developing my confidence helped build my credibility and it opened more doors.

I’ve put my hard won key learnings, as well as some very practical advice into a webinar about this. You can see a quick preview here.

In this webinar I talked about how to:

  • Give yourself permission to feel more confident
  • Use your inner strengths and authenticity to ditch your fears
  • Change your internal story to give yourself more power
  • Be less defensive and more resilient in difficult situations
  • Build positive energy

What exactly is an Executive Playbook?

The Executive Playbook adds resources to the webinar. The playbook also contains Q&A and a 4-step action planning guide (along with worksheets) to help you put the ideas into action in your own career.

    Next Live Broadcast

There will be a live broadcast later this month on our next topic of Selling Your Ideas.

You’ll get an invitation on that one later.

But if you start a free trial for 30 days, you’ll get access to the webinar/playbook on Confidence and Resilience AND also the one on Selling Your Ideas when it comes on line later this month.
