My new book: MOVE
I’m very excited to officially announce my upcoming book MOVE.
It will be available in February from Wiley in hardcover and ebook form, online and in bookstores.
MOVE is about decisively executing strategy
I made short video to tell you about it!
I’m really excited to share this book with all of you as it gets to the heart of a widespread problem I see in business.
Execution is hard!
Great strategies are created, but it’s really hard to decisively put them into action.
What often happens is that a huge investment is made at the beginning to define the strategy, and then there are exciting goals clearly defined at the end.
But there is a lack of focus on the Middle! The middle is where reality kicks in and transformation happens — or doesn’t.
Without a specific method to navigate through the long middle, teams are left wondering “Now what?”, progress stalls, and stakeholders are left wondering “What happened?”
In my years of leading business transformations and turnarounds, building highly successfull management teams, and working with countless clients to implement their strategies, I have been observing and testing what it really takes to get a team to execute consistently over the long middle.
Go faster and reduce risk
I have determined what factors enable faster, more decisive execution, and reduce risk.
It’s all in the book! I can’t wait to share it!
Available in Feb: But you can pre-order!
